This notice explains how Athena Software, also known as Athena Labs, uses information provided through our project inquiry form.
What you share
The form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, area of interest, budget preference, and project description. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
When information is sent
Your draft stays in the current browser tab until you select “Send to Athena.” Creating, copying, or downloading a brief does not send it to us. Refreshing the page clears the draft. Spam verification is loaded on the review step when online inquiries are available; this can send technical data to Cloudflare before you submit your inquiry.
Why we use it
We use your inquiry to understand your needs, reply to you, and discuss a potential project. The form is not a newsletter subscription. We do not sell inquiry details or add you to a marketing list through this form.
Providers and protection
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests through Workers. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse using technical information such as browser and network signals. The contact endpoint also uses your IP address for verification and abuse controls.
Resend processes your contact details and message to deliver an email to Athena. These providers may process information outside your country under their respective policies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens a new tab) and Resend's privacy policy (opens a new tab).
Storage and retention
This website does not create a separate database of inquiries. Sent messages are retained in Athena's email inbox, and delivery records may be retained by Resend according to its service settings and policies. Hosting and anti-abuse providers may keep technical service records. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry, ongoing business discussions, and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You can keep a local copy without submitting, or leave the form at any time before sending. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent, reply to an email from Athena or use the inquiry form and identify your request as a privacy request. Deletion may be subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Delivery status
A successful submission means our email provider accepted your inquiry for delivery. It does not guarantee that an email has reached the inbox. You can download a copy and retain the submission reference for follow-up.
